3-60mm Hot Rolled Duplex 2507 Stainless Steel Plate for Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Our hot rolled duplex 2507 stainless steel plates (3-60mm) provide twice the compressive strength of austenitic steels, excellent anti-crevice corrosion, and thermal stability for pressure vessels.
Problem Statement
316L and 317L pressure vessels suffer from stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and weight penalties, especially in sour gas or high-chloride service.
Solution
Duplex 2507 offers higher strength, allowing thinner walls and lighter vessels. It resists SCC and pitting, and meets ASME SA-240 standards.
