304 or 316 curtain walls in marine environments show tea-staining and pitting within 2-5 years, requiring costly maintenance.
Duplex 2205 provides 10× the pitting resistance of 304, a uniform hairline finish hiding fingerprints, and higher strength allowing thinner panels.
