Product Description
The 5083 H116 aluminum alloy plate is the premier material for marine and offshore applications, engineered to deliver maximum corrosion resistance in aggressive seawater environments. With the highest strength among non-heat-treatable alloys and superior weldability, it is the material of choice for ship hulls, superyacht structures, offshore platforms and cryogenic storage tanks. The H116 temper is specifically designed to resist exfoliation and intergranular corrosion in marine service.
