The pretreated coil then enters a precision reverse roller coater where primer, top coat, and optional clear protective lacquer are applied in a single continuous pass, followed by thermal curing in a multi-zone oven with precisely controlled temperature profiles. This integrated process ensures uniform coating thickness across the entire coil length and width, producing a finish quality that far exceeds post-fabrication spray painting in terms of consistency, adhesion, flexibility, and weathering performance. The result is an architectural sheet product that arrives at the fabricator's facility ready for immediate processing into cladding panels, roofing profiles, and decorative components without the cost, time, and environmental impact of on-site painting operations.

We offer three distinct coating systems to match project performance requirements and budget parameters. The PE (polyester) coating system provides excellent color retention, good flexibility for forming operations, and a cost-effective solution for interior applications and sheltered exterior locations with a service life of 10-15 years. The HDP (high durability polyester) system upgrades the resin chemistry for improved UV resistance and chalk resistance, extending service life to 15-20 years for exterior building envelope applications. The PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) fluorocarbon coating system, containing 70% PVDF resin with ceramic pigment technology, delivers the ultimate in exterior durability with a proven service life exceeding 25 years under full weather exposure. PVDF coatings are specified for landmark architectural projects, high-rise building facades, and coastal installations where long-term color stability and resistance to atmospheric pollutants, acid rain, and salt spray are non-negotiable requirements. All three systems are available in the complete RAL Classic color range, NCS (Natural Color System) palette, and custom color matching using spectrophotometer technology for precise reproduction of corporate identity colors and designer-specified special finishes including metallic, pearlescent, textured, and wood-grain effects.
