Our 5052 and 5083 sheets are leveled on precision stretcher levelers so that panels remain flat after cutting and framing, which prevents the buckles and shadows that appear when wavy aluminum is laminated with prismatic reflective film. The alloys offer the strength needed for large guide boards that must resist wind loading between their supporting posts without permanent deformation.

Sign fabricators apply high intensity or engineering grade reflective sheeting to one face, so the sheet surface must be clean, dry and chemically compatible with the adhesive.
